Making a complaint

Man: I was wondering if I could get another room.
Woman: Is there a problem with your room, sir?

Man: It’s too noisy. I can’t sleep at night because of the traffic noise.
Woman: I’m sorry about that. Let me see what I can do.

Man: You see, I’m a very light sleeper.
Woman: I totally understand. I’m afraid all our rooms are completely booked!

Man: Oh, no! What am I going to do? I need some sleep.
Woman: Can I suggest some ear plugs from our gift shop?

Man: Ear plugs?! I guess I have no choice.
Woman: I wish I could help you, but……
