Woman: I’m sorry but I can’t find it in our system.

Man: That can’t be! I confirmed my reservation.
Woman: Do you have a confirmation number, by any chance?

Man: Yes. It’s KRISRON.
Woman: Oh, here it is! It’s under the wrong name. I’m sorry, sir.

Man: That’s a relief.
Woman: You’re staying with us for five nights. Is that correct?

Man: Yes.
Woman: Could you fill out this form?
Man: No problem. What is the check-out time?
