Making a complaint

Jane: Excuse me, I wanted my steak well-done but it’s very rare.
Waiter: I’m sorry about that. I’ll send it back to the kitchen.

Jane: Thanks. one more thing. There’s something in my soup.
Waiter: What is it?

Jane: I think it’s a bug.
Waiter: Oh, my. That’s awful. I’m terribly sorry.
           Would you like another soup?

Jane: No, thanks. I don’t feel like eating any soup today.
Manager: I deeply apologize for what happened.

Jane: It’s alright. Please be more careful next time.
Manager: Of course. Your meal is on the house.

Jane: Great! Does that include dessert, too?
Manager: Sure!
