Employee: What’s the matter, ma’am?
Jane: The ATM ate up my card!
Employee: Can you show me where it happened?
Jane: The machine is outside the bank.
Employee: Let me take a look.

Jane: I really need to withdraw some money right now.
Employee: Are you sure you pressed the right buttons?
Jane: I think so.
Employee: Why don’t you enter your PIN number again?
Jane : Okay.
Employee: There you go. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
